Brief Description: 

The USA has the largest markets in this hemisphere. With near-shoring business growing by the dozens, we will discuss what a developer and company can do to attract and retain that business.

Speaker's Biography: 
Steven Hansen is the CTO of Rain, a global digital advertising agency with offices in Nicaragua, Utah, and New York. At leads the effort on their largest Drupal projects for several international clients such as the National Retail Federation, Tough Mudder, Syracuse University and others. He helps architect systems and applications for broad spectrum of clients and needs. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and additional minor degrees in Spanish, Math, Physics, and Computer Science.
